BASIC FUNCTIONS:
MTS ® Basic 1.0 the cost efficient Digital Gym Timer for Boxing and Martial Arts on your mobile phone. Basic options of the Pro Version are given in the preprogrammed system to suit beginners and dedicated boxers ready to enter competitions who need to train intensively in the run up for the big fight. MTS ® Basic 1.0 gives you optimised training sessions for training Professional boxing with 3 minutes rounds or training Olympic boxing with 2 minutes rounds. You can choose basic boxing exercises: rope skipping, shadowboxing, punch bag circles and sparring. Also you have free available training intervals based on rounds along with the rests. Athletes can see the displayed training commands at a maximum distance of 10 meters. The display text is extra large, allowing for easy and quick viewing.
The MTS displays:

3. COUNT of round/rest ...
4. STOP TIME during the training or sparring ...
5. REMAINING TIME of round/rest.
HOW TO USE:
Start the MTS ® and select your preferred mode in the main menu. Choose your exercise. Start the exercise directly or within a preparation period/countdown of 10 seconds. Place your mobile phone in a viewing distance of maximal 10 meters and begin your workout. You can interrupt your training session at any time and continue, by using the enter function, reset the rounds/rests or forward the rounds/rests.
