Youpark neither believes in the policy of giving out, nor selling/renting the customer's private information to any third party, for use in marketing and/or solicitation activities.

All of the personal information provided by the customers is used only to provide better services to Youpark customers and improve their shopping experience.

The customer's personal information (which may include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, age and personal interests) may be required in various situations including but not limited to:

    b. Participation in different promotional activities or contests.

Generation of a registration key by a software developer; in this case, Youpark may be required by the software developers to provide relevant customer information in order for them to generate a registration key and email it to the customer. If you have any suspicion regarding any misuse of your information by any software developer, please contact us immediately. Youpark cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies of any individual software developer. For concerns regarding the privacy practices of any software developer or independent software vendor/company, please contact them directly.

Youpark shall use the best possible mechanism to ensure that no individual information related to a customer is provided to a third party.

Youpark may disclose the customer's personal information only under special circumstances, such as when we believe it is required by law.

  6.

Youpark may aggregate the customer information in order to better understand the customers and improve their shopping experience. Youpark reserves the right to share these cumulative statistics (and not the individual information) with Youpark business partners.

Youpark utilizes cookies to provide the customers advanced services. These are small files stored by the internet browser installed on your computer system when you browse through Youpark and make transactions. However, these cookies do not contain customer's private information. The customer has the right to change his/her browser settings to disable the receipt of cookies. In case the customer has a problem or a query regarding issues pertaining to Youpark, he/she can contact Youpark support team round the clock at support@youpark.com. The customer can also fill in the Customer Service Form in order to reach our support team. They can also provide their suggestions at admin@youpark.com.

Under normal circumstances, Youpark support team shall respond to the customer queries within 1 Business Day.

It is the software developer's responsibility to address customer support issues related to a particular product or queries pertaining to a software developer. All such correspondence should be addressed by the customer to the developer's contact information provided with the product on www.youpark.com.

D. Indemnity Policy

Youpark is hosting and providing access to software products developed by parties other than Youpark. These are NOT Youpark's own products and Youpark cannot make any representation regarding the safety, quality or suitability of the software as these apply to a particular customer.

  2.

Youpark shall make reasonable efforts to monitor the software products being distributed from www.youpark.com but does not guarantee to test, certify or validate any of these products.

  3.

The customer is solely responsible for any repercussions resulting from the downloading, installation and use of any software. Youpark shall not be held liable to any damages resulting from the downloading, installation, use, modification, or distribution of any software.

  4.

As mentioned in Youpark Support Policy, it is the software developer's responsibility to address customer support issues related to a particular product or queries pertaining to a software developer. All such correspondence should be addressed by the customer to the contact information provided with the product on www.youpark.com.

  5.

www.youpark.com is the website where the updated Youpark indemnity policy shall be available for the reference of all stakeholders. E. End-User Policy
 

The software for your mobile developed by or provided to Youpark through its affiliated partners is protected by copyright and developers rights of ownership of the Denmark (1) Use of such software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, which accompanies such software. You can not Use the software unless you agree to the terms of such end-user license agreement. (2) You can not distribute , render and share the software with price tag unless Youpark gives you a written consent.

  1.

Once you have purchased and downloaded any content from www.youpark.com you cannot cancel your purchase when the product has been downloaded towards your handheld device. If you are experiencing problems regarding download or installation please view our support policy.

  2.

Youpark reserves the right to change the prices and situate new prices for its own developed software's at any time.

  3.

You agree and give your consent that all the charges and costs for sending or receiving text messages, download, updates, emails, or any other data transmission or use costs from any mobile operator, carrier, or other service provider are your sole responsibility. Please contact your carrier/mobile operator for information on data charges.

  4.

Youpark expects its costumers to understand and agree that technical processing and transmission may involve (a) Transmissions through various networks (b) adjustments necessary to technical requirements of connecting networks.

  5.

You agree and acknowledge that Youpark(1) shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of its provided Services (2) reserves the right to Temporarily or permanently discontinue any component or all of its offerings at any time with or with out any notification.

  6.

Youpark shall not be held responsible for any of the repercussions or damages in the device resulting due to any software. However we fully test and certify the software before rolling out.

  7.

For all Software's developed by Youpark (a)Youpark grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and to use the downloadable, free version of software (b) Youpark will not be responsible to provide support in 36 hours for any free of charge applications.

  8.

You agree and acknowledge that (1) Any software which is developed and distributed by Youpark as free version can only be distributed free of charge and can not be sold, leased or rented .(2)When you purchase any third party developed software from Youpark's storefront you are only granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license, for using the software.

  9.

You agree not to translate, reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble, or make derivative works of any software whether you purchased or obtained as free or trial version from Youpark. You agree not to modify the Software or service in any manner or form, or to use illegally modified versions of the Software including, without limitation, for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Services or disabling features of the Software or Services. You agree not to access the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Youpark or its partners for use in accessing the Services.

  10.

With respect to Youpark any information, and services provided or accessed through. (i) Youpark makes no warranties whatsoever with regard to any information, good or service including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, completeness, usefulness, merchantability, safety or fitness of service, (iii) Youpark will not be liable, under any circumstance, for any loss, cost or damage arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any person or from any information, good or service; except to the extent the foregoing may not be disclaimed under law. Youpark does not assume liability to subscribers or others for any failure to enforce any guidelines.

  11.

Some of the information we collect from our users could identify them personally. Such Information includes a person's name, email address, and credit card number. We will not share any individual's personal Information with any third party without that individual's consent except as required or requested by law or necessary for key generation by software developer. Youpark will not use any personal information you provided for purposes not even related to the services or promotions of Youpark for which you sign up, unless we notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to choose not to provide this information to us.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its private information as password and account information. The customer is responsible for all activities that occur in its account and the customer agrees to notify Youpark immediately of any unauthorized account usage. Youpark cannot be held responsible for any loss that may happen as a result of unauthorized usage of the customers account and password. However, Youpark will strictly adhere to its own privacy policy regarding personal information of the customers.

G. Affiliate Policy

When you register with Youpark's Affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read our Affiliate Agreement and Affiliate policies, the terms and conditions of our Affiliate program, understood and agree with them.

  1. Joining Youpark's Affiliate Program
   

By filling out the registration form you will automatically be bound by the terms of our Affiliate Agreement. Your participation in the program is solely to direct users to Youpark sites and this enables you to earn commission if they successfully complete a purchase from our websites. This program doesn't create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

  2. Termination of your Affiliate Account
   

Youpark reserves the right to disallow or terminate participation in our Program at any time due to unsuitability, non-performance or other criteria's similar to those given below:

    1. Sites promoting unwanted marketing activities such as SPAM emails.
2. Sites that contain any material that is libelous, offensive, violent, defamatory, private, obscene and pornographic. 3. Sites that violate trademarks, or copyrights of Youpark and its partners
  3. Affiliate link procedure
   

1. Visit our website "affiliate.youpark.com" and register for an affiliate account. After registering we will verify your     application and approve it incase you meet our requirements within 1 week's time.
2. After registration you would be provided access to your affiliate account. In your account you will find a "Special     Link" containing your unique Affiliate ID and graphics/text links to place on your website.
3. Once you receive your "Special Link", you can start placing the "Special Link" in text or graphic format on your     website which will link your website to our website.
4. You are allowed to change the wordings/graphics of the links placed on your website provided you make sure that     the "Special Link" is properly used/implemented and the graphics/wordings follow the criteria's mentioned in     section:2

  4. Affiliate Tracking Procedure
   

When a user visits our websites by clicking on the text link or banners placed on your website. The user's information is stored in our database along with your Affiliate ID. Whenever a user decides to purchase a game or application, this information stored in our database is used to track and record the transaction against your Affiliate account. You will therefore receive 10-15% (Net Revenue) commission according to the commission rate set by us on every sale made via the banners or text link placed on your website. Any commission earned by you would be visible in real time on the reports provided to you in your Affiliate account. Note that Net Revenue here is defined as Revenue after deducting tax, transaction and delivery charges from gross revenue earned. Gross Revenue is defined as Product price multiplied by quantity of product ordered.

  5. Terms Of Agreement
   

This Agreement is effective from the date it was executed between the parties and will continue unless terminated by either party. Please refer to our Affiliate Agreement for detailed terms & conditions of our Affiliate program.

  6. Liability
   

Youpark doesn't guarantee that the operation of Youpark's site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Youpark is not liable to Affiliate Member for any interruptions or errors. Youpark is also not liable to Affiliate Member for any damages such as loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with our Affiliate Agreement, even if Affiliate Member has advised Youpark of the possibility of such damages. Further, Youpark's aggregate liability arising with respect to our Affiliate Agreement must not exceed the total fees payable to Affiliate Member under this Agreement. Please refer to our Affiliate Agreement for detailed terms & conditions.

H. Refund Policy
 
  1.

Youpark return / refund policy is subjective to the ‘developers’ return / refund policy in which case the developer may accept or reject the refund claim. Youpark is committed to serve the customers with best applications and softwares. If you are not satisfied with the application(s) or software(s) purchased from Youpark, please immediately contact support@youpark.com within 15 days of the purchase with the purchase order number and a “valid reason” for the return request. We request all the customers to directly contact Youpark in any return / refund instance because it is Youpark’s responsibility to contact the developer for all return / refund claims. In such instances, customers are requested to allow reasonable time to Youpark for return / refund claims.

    2.

In case of successful settlement where the customer money is refunded by Youpark, the customer is requested to delete the program / software / product from his custody which was downloaded or purchased from Youpark or any of its value added channels. It also implies that customer will also remove or delete the registration code of the product along with any source (email, SMS etc) that was sent to the customer to communicate registration code.

    3.

Youpark cannot offer refunds in cases such as:

  • Free or Trial Versions
  • Software purchased mistakenly for the wrong device or platform
  • Promotion codes not provided during the purchase process
