What is Youpark Hub
Youpark Hub is the software developer’s destination to upload, sell,
earn revenue and continuously monitor the market performance of its
value added mobile content. In short, it is the developer’s area on the
website www.youpark.com where all the resources for the individual developers and independent software vendors (ISVs) are available.

How can I join Youpark Hub?
In order to join the Youpark Hub and become Youpark Software Partner,
you have to fill in the Software Partner Registration form. This form
shall require you to enter your personal and company information
necessary to execute revenue transactions. After completing this form,
you shall be prompted to review the Mobile Content Distribution
Agreement. If you accept the Mobile Content Distribution Agreement,
your account shall be activated by the Youpark Hub administrator at
Youpark and you shall be sent a notice of confirmation via e-mail.
You could now login to your Youpark Hub account using your own login
and password and upload your software applications as well as the
related material/information. Within hours, your products shall be
ready for sale on Youpark. You can also add a “trial version” of your
software on the website alongside your “for-sale version”.
We expect all our partners to display on their website any one of
Youpark logos provided during the agreement signing phase.
If you want special arrangements for your products (advertisement,
placement on the front page etc. please contact the Youpark Hub
administrator separately.
Please note that we have a very strict privacy policy that applies to
all the personal information furnished by the developer(s), end users
or the channel partners.

How much does it cost me to join Youpark Hub?
You can join Youpark Hub at absolutely no cost. Youpark starts sharing
the revenue only when our software partners start selling their
products on Youpark.

What are different sales and marketing channels used by Youpark?
There are numerous sales channels used by Youpark for enhancing your sales. Some of them include:

www.youpark.com – the online store where an end user can purchase the software applications uploaded to Youpark.

and marketing arrangements with Mobile Operators especially within
Europe and OEM’s; the mobile subscribers shall be able to purchase your
mobile content from the operators’ and OEM’s websites

Sales and marketing arrangements with Youpark affiliates throughout the world that will enhance you overall revenue levels

Sales
and marketing arrangements with Mobile phone and handheld device
manufacturers and distributors that shall provide the end user direct
access to your software through our WAP interface

Can I place a shareware or freeware on Youpark?
In addition to selling commercial software, Youpark allows its partners
to place freeware (software provided to the customer free of charge)
and shareware (software requiring a code for proper functioning after
the expiry of trial period) on its website. Youpark shall only earn its
own share when any of the software provider’s software brings in
revenue.

Yes, Youpark supports Digital Rights Management and different
techniques as required by the software developers are implemented in
the system to ensure that the Intellectual Property Rights of any party

How can I edit my payment information?
If you have any change applicable to your account information, whether
it is a name, a credit card number, bank account information or your
address, please make sure to edit this information by logging on to
your Youpark Hub account and changing the relevant fields. This is
required in order to ensure a smooth contact with you for all kinds of
information sharing related to you products, revenue or payment.

How is the revenue information provided to the developer/ISV?
Youpark is focused on providing you real time information regarding the
sales of your products, the revenue generated and your corresponding
share.
All this information is available to you online when you login to your
account. You can download this information if you want. However, a
complete report of the month-number-1 transactions is sent to your
e-mail address on or before the 15th day of month-number-2. For
example, the complete sales and revenue share report for the month of
November shall be sent to the ISV on or before December 15.
Sales information is normally sent as a CSV (comma separated value)
sheet to the e-mail address provided by the developer/ISV.
You can also access the old sales data for the past twelve months. In
addition, during the process of registration, if you choose to receive
instant notification of a purchase of your software, you shall receive
information on e-mail instantaneously when a purchase is made.

How payments are made to the developer/ISVs?
The revenue-share-payments to Youpark Hub software partners are done in
US dollars. These payments are sent on or before the 30th day of month-
number-2 based on sales in month-number-1 provided the invoice from the
ISV/developer is received by 10th day of month-number-2; for example
revenue share for sales recorded during the month of January shall be
paid on or before 30th of February.
The transaction cost, if any regarding the revenue-share payment shall be borne by the developer/ISV.
To keep the overall transaction costs lower, payments to the
developers/ISVs are made every month only if their account balance
reaches $100 at least.
If the account balance is $100 and the developer still wants to
withdraw the money, the money can be paid on special request to the
Youpark administrator within the next thirty (30) days of the request.
At the end of each month, the ISV/developer shall be sent details of
the sales and revenue share electronically. The ISV shall be requested
to send back an invoice based on this information. Youpark Finance
department shall immediately process and send back the money to the
ISV/developer.
In case of corporate sales, revenue share is transferred to the ISV only when payment is received from the buyer.

How is tax applied to sales through Youpark?
The content Youpark is selling/distributing is subject to Value Added
Tax. Youpark is registered as a company in Denmark and hence the Danish
tax laws apply to all the transactions taking place through www.youpark.com.
All prices displayed on Youpark website are Value Added Tax exclusive.
Any customer who is purchasing on Youpark when located within the
European Union (EU) shall be subject to a Value Added Tax (VAT) of 25%.
However any customer located outside the EU shall not be subject to
VAT. When finalizing a purchase, the customer shall be intimated
regarding the VAT exclusive price, applicable VAT and the total payable
price.
