This easy to use software takes calories, fat, and fiber, and calculates the diet points. The diet points are calculate with accurate method.
It has helped a lot of people in their weight loss efforts. At about 50 calories per point, if you are on a 1500 calorie per day diet, you can eat about 30 points per day. Of course, the system penalizes you for eating fat and rewards you for eating fiber.
Enter in the amount of Calories, Fat and Fiber that is in the food item and calculate to get the points. The information is found on the back of food packets and jars in the Nutrition Information box. Note that Calories is displayed as kcal and is found in the Energy section.
This powerful Diet Point will keep record more than one record, in fact as many as you like.
