It gives users the possibility to have instant e-mail- and calendar functionality and have real-time access to files while on the road. Office2Go is available as a downloadable version and needs to be installed on the Home or Office PC. With Office2Go it is possible to have realtime and wireless access *) to your Home or Office PC. Office2Go operates with a mobile phone, smartphone or PDA (also BlackBerry) You don’t need to have settings on your mobile device. You can use your own e-mail adress. Check your e-mail including attachments where ever you are.
You can also reply, forward, delete and file your e-mails while on the move. Check your calendar and add new appointments.
Have access to your files at your Office or Home PC.
Look in to Word, Powerpoint and Excel files (on a Smartphone or PDA these files are downloadable on the device if a viewer is installed)
